This project reimagined a builder-grade model home into a warm, personalized retreat through thoughtful architectural enhancements and custom detailing. A bespoke wall treatment along the stairwell adds dimension and anchors the home's entry experience. In the primary bedroom, ceiling beams and statement wallpaper introduce texture and intimacy, while complete furnishings bring comfort and cohesion. The living room is defined by a custom built-in with drywall niche shelving and a striking quartz slab fireplace—adding both function and a refined focal point.
